Customized development of property management software for residential communities, an integrated system for owner payment and maintenance reporting
2026-09-05
In 2026, a large number of residential communities in Guangzhou will carry out digital upgrades for property management. Payment and maintenance reporting are the two most frequent types of business in community property management. Many of the systems launched in the communities have encountered problems of functional fragmentation: the owner's mini-program can only submit maintenance requests, but the backend cannot automatically generate work orders; after online payment is completed, the financial bills will not be automatically cancelled; the two modules of maintenance reporting and payment do not connect with each other, and the property management still relies on phone calls, WeChat, and Excel ledgers to handle business. Some service providers in the market only provide simple page forms and package the form tools into an integrated property management system. Many property management companies discovered after purchasing that they lacked a complete business loop, and the willingness of property owners to use the system was low, making it difficult for the system to truly take effect.
